Dekel Group has focused its efforts in the historic Casco Viejo area of Panama City. The projects below showcase some of our current initiatives.
Located close to the park and bayside area of the Cinta Costera 3, the Norias seaside building constitutes a whole block between Calle 12 and Calle 13, offering a quiet haven close to the ocean. This exciting project is 12 meters away from the water with an 80% ocean view in a residential area, comprising a building of 1,800 m² set on one and a half levels. Architectural plans allow for up to 1,800 m² of mixed residential and retail space.
Casa Norias provides the perfect structure and atmosphere for those seeking to start a stimulating business within an original, creative and alternative space. It counts with 8 commercial locals with individual entrances and exits, all connected together by a central courtyard right in the middle that harmonizes the entire building. Currently, we have 2 commercial spaces of 75 m² each available for rent.
Casa St. George
Casa St George is in a prime location on Avenida A in front of the famous Convento and within Casco’s Golden Triangle between Plaza Herrera, Plaza Francia and Plaza Bolivar.
The St. George project has seen a careful restoration of the building’s historic yet understated façade with its neo-french corbelling and conversion of its interior space into mixed-use spaces for a variety of tenants and buyers. Casa St. George will comprise retail space on the ground floor with commercial space to the rear and a number of residential units within the building’s upper floors.
St. George is an unusual mix of commercial, retail and residential space set over three floors and over 1,000 square meters of space designed to offer an affordable option for the rapidly growing Casco Viejo area.
La Caricia del Sol
Estimated to have been built around 1900 in the Beaux Arts style with elaborate corbeling, fluted Corinthian columns, balustraded balconies depicting intertwined snakes and other intricate neo-classical detailing, the Caricia del Sol building is ripe for residential development with two floors plus an attic. The building has a 250 m² footprint.
It enjoys a prime location in one of Casco Antiguo’s fastest growing areas: Calle 12; only two short blocks from Plaza Herrera and Plaza Santa Ana.
This waterfront project is part of the famous Terraplen area of Casco Viejo. Its privileged location provides amazing views of the Panamanian bay, Cinta Costera boulevard and even the modern skyline of the city.
Our available commercial space, of 187 m², is ideal for restaurants, offices or bars. It is 100% ready to occupy.
The current property on the estate, Finca 2535, was built by George Loew in 1877 and was originally called Casa San Francisco. The lot had been vacant since 1737 when a great fire destroyed the house that was originally built in, after the city moved in 1673.
Most of the archaeological materials found, were fragments of earthenware crockery land and industrial materials, consistent with a late nineteenth century house. Despite this, the presence of majolica brings us to the use of this site between late seventeenth and early eighteenth centuries.
Bandera is specifically located at Calle 4, the very heart of Casco Viejo. Currently, this building is the subject of a bold yet sensitive plan consisting of over 600 m² of mixed-use commercial and residential space. Its façade is being restored to its former glory whilst being given a new interior shell. Only 20 meters separates it from Plaza Bolivar and its open air restaurants, cafés and stunning architecture of the National Theatre and Bolivar Palace.
Sra Petra. Is an unusual mix of commercial and residential space. Is in a prime location on Calle 11 between Avenida B and Avenida Central. This building has two apartments of approx. 99mts2, fully furnished, spacious and cozy. A commercial space on the ground floor with approx 143mt2.
Casa 8-23 is the perfect place for everything you looking for. Plazas, restaurants, ice cream parlors, clubs, bars and lots of history surround it. Its located on a primer location on the corner of 7th street and Avenue A.
This project has two commercial spaces on the ground floor, and a total of 11 residential apartments, some with ocean view and others with an excellent Casco Viejo view.
